Meet the Staff

Harold Kellermier

Head Pastor
Harold served as a leader in a variety of ministries before joining the staff in September 2010.  He worked with toddlers through high school students, taught classes, led small groups, and served as an elder as well.  Harold loves Crossroads and working with students and young adults.  He is so pleased to have the opportunity to serve on a church staff after many years managing in the vehicle maintenance department of Pinellas County Schools.  Harold is blessed to have a great wife, Beverly, and two daughters, Jessica and Peaches.  He loves old muscle cars and lots of horsepower.

Nate Thompson

Youth Pastor
Nate moved to Largo the summer of 2019. He spent most of his life in the Midwest and attended Bible college at Johnson University Tennessee. He has worn Hawaiian shirts since high school and they have now found their way, with Nate, to warmer weather. Nate has a passion to point students and homeless to Christ through relationships. He is extremely excited to join God in the renewal of all things with his lovely wife Rachel.

Stacy Geraghty

Kids Pastor
Stacy joined the Crossroads staff in October 2014. Stacy has been worshiping at Crossroads since she was born.   She and her husband Kyle have four amazing children: Brianna, Landon, Mason, and Troy.  She hopes to spread God’s word by teaching the children of this community that Jesus loves them and how important it is to build a spiritual relationship with God.  She enjoys watching her kids compete in sports and doing anything to make them laugh, even if it means random dancing.

Daniel Pate

Worship Pastor
Daniel joined the Crossroads staff in June of 2021. He has served on the worship team since he was in highschool. Daniel has always had a passion for music. He is currently going to college and loves to serve with his team on Sunday mornings.

Beliefs

Together at Crossroads we believe in the life, ministry, and power of Jesus’ resurrection and the grace that God offers all. We strive to give everyone the same grace we experience through Christ.
